WE WILL TEACH YOU TO:

  • Safely operate equipment
  • Adjust and troubleshoot equipment as needed
  • Check the quality of the product you are making
  • Enter production data and maintain operational records in our system

YOU NEED TO HAVE:

  • Good verbal and basic written English skills
  • Mechanical aptitude
  • Positive work history
  • Ability and willingness to work 3 rotating shifts (Days, Nights and Afternoons)

  • Good verbal and basic written English communication skills.

  • 3 years working on high speed presses, preferably in a food/beverage environment.

  • Proven mechanical ability; experienced working with manufacturing equipment.

  • Positive work history in a related field.

  • Able to stand for several hours at a time.

  • Demonstrated ability to organize workload.

  • Able to act with a high sense of urgency.

  • Attention to detail and familiarity with Quality principles.

  • Basic administrative and computer skills for maintaining records and controls.

  • Familiarity with tinplate characteristics would be an asset.

Ability and willingness to work rotating shifts
